Continuous casting furnaces are used for casting compact forms of metals (tube, bars etc.) with literally zero porosity. They are designed in order to attain the absolute control of casting conditions, optimizing the effective productivity, the cost of procedure and to ensure a high quality end-product with an effective and low cost manner.
Casting machines use a preform of the object (resin, wax) which immerses in a plaster mixture. When it is heated the wax melts leaving a cavity and then it fills up with the desired alloy. These machines are appropriate to ensure the right casting procedure and the appropriate conditions for a high quality finishing result.
